Guide to Hosting a Hub Gathering:

1. Decide what the event will be, including the purpose of the event.
2. Contact The Satanic Circle and campus about your event to make sure it is permitted on public property during non-instructional time.
3. Promote your event using posters, pamphlets, campus social media, and more (without promoting excessively). Be sure to keep track of how many people are likely to arrive at your event.
4. Within a week before the event starts, make sure everyone knows the roles everyone has in the event, and plans for what to do if things do not go according to plan. Remember to maintain contact with event volenteers and hub members.
