Guide to Hosting an Event on Campus:

    1. Decide what the event will be, including the purpose of the event. How many people do you expect to attend your event? Will you need to fundraise for the event? What impact do you hope your event will have? How many people will you need to host the event? Will the event be on or off campus? Will you have a speaker?
    2. Contact your club advisor and The Satanic Circle about your event. Make sure you fill out the paperwork needed to get the event approved. If you are using club funding to host the event instead of fundraising, make sure your club's funding is approved for the event. Once all of the paperwork and funding are completed, create a final timeline for what will occur during the event if needed.
    3. Promote your event about a month in advance with posters, pamphlets, campus social media, and more (without promoting excessively). Keep track of how many people are likely to arrive at your event, and maintain contact to remind them of the event, while answering questions they have about your event.
    4. Within a week before the event starts, make sure everyone knows who will pick up who, the roles everyone has in the event, all payments have been submitted, and plans for what to do if things do not go according to plan. Maintain reliable contact with event volenteers, club officers, advisors, and members.
