Guide to Communicating with your Members/Campus:

1. Stay in communication with your members and newcomers via the club's Discord server, email newsletter, or however you talk to members outside of the club room.
2. Allow your campus's NEST app to automatically send out feedback requests to members and newcomers.
3. If there is ever an issue/delay/cancellation when it comes to a meeting or club-related topic, inform all of your members as soon as possible.
4. Attend every meeting that your campus's SGA requires, or any meeting that involves your club or clubs in general.
5. Make sure you have a team of officers that can actively support you and the club.
