The Satanic Circle is not supporting the pushing of religion in public colleges.

Instead, we are offering Satanic College Clubs (SCC) on campuses that already have religious clubs present, in order to provide safe and inclusive alternatives. Unlike other religious clubs on college campuses, we do not push anyone to join our religion. Instead, we are creating a space for Satanists and non-Satanists to hang out, learn about each other, watch movies, engage in activism and charity work.

Individuals of all religions are welcome, as long as they are respectful and open-minded.

WELCOMING COMMUNITY & HANGOUTS

Satanists and their allies are often unwelcome or unrepresented in society, so we created the Satanic College Club to bring those groups together.

Together, we hangout, watch movies, play games and get to know each other and our backgrounds.

SAFE & COMFORTABLE RITUALS

Together, or by yourself, we have supplies to perform safe rituals to empower yourself. Whether you wish to perform an unbaptism, gender-affirmation ritual, or another type of ritual. We have the supplies and enviornment to engage in a ritual safely and comfortably.

ACTIVISM & COMMUNITY SERVICE

In order to protect ourselves in society, while keeping our world clean, we must engage in occasional activism and community service. Whether you engage in a protest, or rip down transphobic stickers, you will have a community of like-minded people with you.

EDUCATION & TABLINGS

The issues we fight for, such as separation of church and state, abortion rights, sexual freedom and more are important, yet not often discussed at many campuses. Whether you host a tabling to hand out buttons and pamphlets, or host discussions, The Satanic Circle will provide the resources and information to educate your campus on important issues.

What is a Satanic College Club?

Satanic College Clubs are spaces for Satanists and non-Satanists to hang out, watch movies, play games and participate in activism and community service work for their communities.

Is it legal to start a SCC?

Public colleges that already allow religious clubs are legally required to allow Satanic College Clubs too, as refusing to do so violates the separation of church and state.

Who operates each SCC?

Satanic College Clubs are operated by campus's students and staff, and is funded by The Satanic Circle.

Are there any fees or costs?

It is free to start and run a Satanic College Club. Though if you receive funding for your SCC from your college, it will be used to purchase tabling and other supplies from our program's website. If your college will not cover supplies, or is refusing to for discriminatory reasons, we will provide the resources to your SCC for free.

Why not just keep religion out of public colleges?

Trust us, we are all for that. We do not believe religion should be in public colleges. However, since religion has pushed its way back into public colleges, we might as well offer a safe and inclusive alternative to those clubs.

I'm a Christian and I want to preach my religion to the club. Can I?

No. We forbid proselytizing or preaching to us in and out of the club room. You will never convert anyone by preaching to them. You will be reported for harassment to your campus if you try to, so consider this your only warning.
