Use of Name and Logo

Chapters are authorized to use The Satanic Circle (TSC) and Satanic College Club (SCC) names, acronyms, logos, and trademarks in conjunction with their chapter names. The Satanic Circle retains sole ownership of all TSC and SCC names, acronyms, logos, and trademarks.
All chapter logos must be designed or approved by The Satanic Circle.

Chapter Name

Each chapter must operate under the name: “Satanic College Club at [College Name].” Chapters are required to use their official name across all platforms, including social media accounts, banking records, advertising, and any other promotional or public-facing materials.

Chapter Obligations

To remain in active standing as an official Satanic College Club (SCC) chapter, each group must:

  1. Maintain an active board of officers consisting of at least a President, Vice President, and Treasurer (additional positions may be required by the college).
  2. Remain in good standing and regular communication with The Satanic Circle and its representatives.
  3. Organize at least one (1) activist action per academic semester.
  4. Participate fully in The Satanic Circle’s verification process. Chapter officers must respond promptly to all verification communications.
  5. Follow all The Satanic Circle (TSC) policies, codes of conduct, and directives regarding Satanic College Clubs.

Chapter Code of Conduct

All Satanic College Club (SCC) chapters are expected to adhere to the guidelines established by The Satanic Circle (TSC), including but not limited to the following:

  1. SCC chapters may not endorse or fundraise for any candidates for public office without express permission from The Satanic Circle.
  2. SCC chapters may not advocate for or against issues or ballot measures that conflict with TSC’s mission, messaging, or movement.
  3. Chapter leaders are free to engage in political activity or fundraising in their personal capacity, but not on behalf of any SCC chapter or The Satanic Circle.
  4. SCC chapters may not host a campus speaker or event without prior approval from The Satanic Circle.
  5. If a college bans religious clubs, or if no other religious organizations are permitted on campus, the SCC chapter must formally dissolve.
  6. All SCC leaders must read and understand these policies prior to the chapter’s establishment and operation.
  7. Chapter leaders with questions or special requests must contact The Satanic Circle for clarification or approval.

Right to Disassociate

If a Satanic College Club (SCC) chapter is found to be in violation of The Satanic Circle’s (TSC) policies or standards, TSC reserves the right to:

  • Dissociate from the chapter and revoke its authorization to operate under the Satanic College Club or The Satanic Circle name.
  • Withdraw financial support, resources, and access to copyrighted materials.
  • Terminate communication and recognition as an official chapter.

Decisions to disassociate are final and made at the sole discretion of TSC.
